The Town of Fort Mill recently acquired two historic buildings in Downtown Fort Mill: The properties at 123 and 205 North White Street, formerly the Springs Executive Office and the Springs Research and Development Center (currently occupied by Pike Inc.).
These buildings sit adjacent to the Town’s Amphitheater and Walter Y. Elisha Park and will be repurposed to house Town Staff, the Fort Mill Police Department, Council Chambers, a Municipal Court, conference rooms, and training rooms.
Plans are underway to conduct maintenance, upgrades, and renovations to the facility, with the aim of relocating staff by late 2024 or early 2025. Both the existing Town Hall Building and the current Police Department will be sold.
Stay tuned for further developments!
