The Town of Fort Mill has unveiled a first look at the future of the Fort Mill Community Center, sharing concept renderings for a major renovation and revitalization project aimed at preserving one of the town’s most meaningful community spaces.

Located at Fort Mill Community Center, the building has served generations of Fort Mill residents and continues to hold a special place in the community. Rather than replacing the longtime facility, town leaders chose to renovate and reimagine the existing structure — preserving its history while preparing it for the future.
According to the Town, the updated Community Center will include state-of-the-art recreation and sports facilities, community education spaces, and flexible areas designed for residents of all ages.
Town officials describe the project as more than just a renovation. The revitalization represents both a commitment to preserving Fort Mill’s history and an investment in the town’s continued growth and future generations.
The redesigned facility aims to create a welcoming, modern gathering space where the community can connect through recreation, learning, and shared experiences.
