A beloved community gathering in Fort Mill returns for its fifth year. Hosted by the Downtown Co-Op, you’re invited to “An Evening at Our Community Table,” an unforgettable open-air dining experience in the heart of downtown.
Hosted by the Downtown Co-Op, this year’s dinner themed “Spring Harvest” will take place on Saturday, May 23, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the courtyard of the Fort Mill History Museum (107 Clebourne Street). Known for bringing the community together through food and conversation, the annual supper has grown from a simple idea in 2022 into a meaningful Fort Mill tradition.
Guests will gather under patio lights and warm spring skies for an elevated Southern barbecue-inspired evening featuring long communal tables, live entertainment, craft beverages, and a thoughtfully curated multi-course meal prepared by a collective of local chefs and restaurants.

The evening begins at 5:00 p.m. with welcome drinks and silent auction browsing before dinner is served family-style at 6:00 p.m. Attendees can expect a refined take on Southern favorites, with menu offerings inspired by classic barbecue traditions including brisket, duck, seasonal sides, and elevated accompaniments. Beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails are all included with each ticket.
More than just a dinner, the event serves as a fundraiser supporting the Downtown Co-Op’s mission to cultivate a vibrant and thriving Main Street through community-centered events and partnerships. Proceeds from this year’s gathering will help fund both existing favorites and new initiatives in downtown Fort Mill, including Main Street Jams, a chili cook-off, a family-friendly book fair, and expanded arts and culture programming.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction featuring curated items donated by local businesses and community partners.
This is a great chance to slow down, connect with neighbors, and invest in the future of downtown Fort Mill.
